Describing oneself is always a strange exercise—what should I focus on? My work, my skills, or my passions? Perhaps a bit of everything.

Academic & Professional Background:
I’m a researcher in quantum technology, with a specialization in experimental quantum optics. I earned my PhD from the Physical Research Laboratory in Ahmedabad. After that, I joined the Centre for Quantum Technologies as a postdoctoral researcher. Currently, I work as a Senior Research Scientist at Toshiba Europe Ltd.

Writing & Personal Interests:
Writing has been a passion of mine since college. Although I’ve struggled with consistency over the years, it’s something I always find myself returning to. I run a (somewhat irregular) newsletter called Random Walker, where I share thoughts on science, politics, and the occasional moment of personal catharsis—true to its name, the topics wander freely.
